Return and Refund Policy

Store Policy:

We appreciate you visiting and shopping with Sookie Sookie Skin.  By making a purchase you are agreeing with our terms.

Orders:  All sales are final! Please read all of the descriptions of each product before ordering.  In special situations we may               

             offer a refund, e-mail us and we'll decide if a refund warranted.

             If you need to make a shipping address change do so within 24 hours.  

Shipping:  Orders are typically processed and packed within 2-4  business days.  This time frame doesn't include how long it 

                  may take for USPS to get your order to you. 

                 The shipping prices are decided by USPS rates, which is determined by weight and the destination of the package.

                 The shipping method you choose doesn't affect the company's fulfillment time.  If you select priority or expedited 

                  that is between you and USPS, Sookie Sookie Skin is not responsible if your package isn't delivered in that time 

                  frame. Sookie is not responsible for packages that were marked as delivered, but not returned.      

Returns/Exchanges:  All sales are final!  We do not accept returns or exchanges.  If there is a product missing from your order                                  

                                  simply email the company, to ensure we get the order right, before shipping we photograph each package 

                                  before sealing.  But in the rare case something is missing it must be reported within 24 hours.
